Guided by Brett Donlevy. She studied yoga since 2005 and certified as a teacher in 2009 (200hr Sivananda) and 2012 (500hr Maya Yoga). She continues to study the Iyengar Yoga tradition which focuses on physical alignment and therapeutic techniques to provide a wholistic approach to wellbeing.
