This Is It
This is a mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Depending on the day this may include walking meditation (inside or outside), tea, discussion, quiet sitting. The focus of this practice is to bring a meditative quality in to daily activities bringing benefit to ourselves and others.
Led by Corey Neufeld who has practiced this tradition for over a decade and has practiced with Thich Nhat Hanh and at his monastery.
